S’adressant à des journalistes à son arrivée à Los Angeles, aux Etats-Unis, Luis Abinader a affirmé que son pays a déjà fait ce qu’il pouvait, et que pour le moment la communauté internationale doit prendre la situation en main.
Il a fait savoir qu’il compte, au cours des échanges, aborder la question migratoire et insister sur la nécessité de rétablir la sécurité en Haïti. Il est prévu qu’il s’entretienne avec le premier ministre Ariel Henry, durant ce sommet.

REPLYIt’s with this word that we are filing an international lawsuit before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) over the assassination of the Haitian President on July 7, 2021 done by a group of 26 heavily-armed terrorists financed by the U.S Government. We are putting under arrest the Presidential cabinet security, the opposition leaders and prosecute the Haitian Oligarch Mafia families for RICO charges. We demand the removal of immunity of all foreign presidents, diplomats involved in this conspiracy to be on trial before the International Court because Haiti is a victim of terrorism and an international plot organized by the EU & UN council. We demand an investigation on Immigration Control Agents who let those terrorists get in our country to commit this state crime by assassinating the President which is an act of war. We are taking legal action against all countries involved in this crime specially against the U.S Government for trafficking guns of the Federal property to gangs in our country, expel the UN soldiers from our territory for sex offenders and abuses on children, remove all embassies who are threats to national security such as espionage, terrorism that led to the assassination of the president. We urge the International Criminal Court (ICC) to issue global arrest warrant for those criminals, and one year has already passed but until now any action has been taken yet and no follow up has been made public.
