Dans une lettre responsive adressée au magistrat instructeur, les avocats de l’ex-première dame ont fait savoir que leur cliente a déjà un rendez-vous confirmé pour ce jour. En ce sens, ils demandent au juge Ikenson Édumé de reporter cette invitation à une date ultérieure.
Martine Moïse devrait être entendue à titre de victime dans le cadre d’un dossier aux motifs d’escroquerie, faux et usage de faux en écriture publique, surfacturation, blanchiment des avoirs et association de malfaiteurs au préjudice de l’État haïtien.
