Dans cette même veine, il a appelé le numéro un de la PNH à mettre en place un dispositif sécuritaire dans les cellules logeant les détenus.

Plus loin, le DG a.i de la PNH est invité à passer des instructions “FERMES et NÉCESSAIRES” à la Direction Centrale de la Police Judiciaire (DCPJ) pour aboutir à l’exécution des mandats émis par le commissaire de gouvernement contre ceux et celles qui sont impliqués dans l’assassinat de l’ancien président Jovenel Moïse.
Le ministre de la Justice, Rockeller Vincent, a rappelé l’obligation qui est faite à la PNH d’accompagner et de déférer toutes les réquisitions du magistrat instructeur qui sera désigné.

The world knows we are the children of 1804, they are jealous and want to eliminate the nation, they have violated national sovereignty many times, and this time they go too far, so now we revolt.
